  Called to have some water pipes rerouted and repair a small leak. Ron evaluated the situation and needed to only adjust a couple sections of the area in question. Money and hassle saved right there. He noticed some PVC sections that could have been arranged in a more reliable arrangement so I had him change that too (avoided excessive sewer gas). I asked if I should have the water heater replaced due to age (20 yrs) even though it functioned fine. After agreeing to replace it, he showed me two spots where water was beginning to leak out that I never noticed. Ron is accurate and thorough. At the completion of the job, Ron asked several times if I was completely satisfied with his work and if it met my expectations. I'm an aircraft mechanic and can spot a skilled person while watching them do their job. Ron clearly fits that category. Future plumbing issues in my house will go to A.C.T. plumming. I must add that Ron and his partner were able to get everything done within a couple hours after showing up for what I expected to be nothing more than an estimate.
